    Good afternoon!

After installing the latest 2.5.31 update, the plugin gives a fatal error and will not activate. Could you please tell me how to fix it? The version of WordPress 6.6.1.

    Thank you!

    Hello @yablyk

Sorry for the mistake. Could you please share the PHP version and error details you are using?

    Thank you

Thank you very much @shehabulislam for your reply.

The PHP version is 8.1.29, unfortunately I don’t know how to get any more details. All the other 30 plugins are working and updated.

I even tried to reinstall the plugin (uninstalled it and reinstalled it) but that too ended with the error “The plugin was not activated because it caused a fatal error”

    Thanks!

    Hello

We tested in eight separate versions of PHP and the latest WordPress version without encountering any errors. We have released a new version. If this version also fails to work for you, please contact your developer or hosting provider, as the error may be found in your hosting panel.

You can use an older version, such as 2.5.30.

    Thank you
