    Hello,

I have installed and turn on/activate a plugin. When I go to plugin settings, change something (probably no really matter what exactly) and save, then site “You do not have permission this site” (I am logged in as an administrator). When I go to the plugins list after that, I see that plugin is turned off/deactivated. I enabled WP_DEBUG, but nothing was logged. This behavior is fully reproduced.

What can be the reason of that? Previously I have successfully used this plugin. After one of updates probably it stopped working (I do not know when exactly, because this plugin work fully automatically…). For now I have installed plugin version 5.55.0. WordPress 6.5.5 with WooCommerce 9.0.2.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

Please ensure it is the correct settings page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=cr-reviews-settings
If you still cannot access the plugin settings page, please try to deactivate all plugin except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a standard theme of WordPress and check this issue again.
