    Hi,

I’m aware of this problem and currently looking into it.

The plugin uses two geo-location services – one from Google, and then FreeGeoIP as a backup if Google can’t get a location. Unusually, at the moment neither services are available which stops the script from working! This hasn’t happened before as, as mentioned, there is a backup in place.

Hopefully they’ll be working again soon, but I am currently looking into what is wrong with FreeGeoIP and if I can host my own working copy so I don’t have to rely on a third-party.

    Regards

    Pete

I’ve now heard back from the authors of FreeGeoIP who were not aware of the problem, but are now looking into it and aim to have it fixed soon.

I’ll let you know when I get an update.

    Hi Jakub,

The geolocation service is now back up and running, so everything should be working for you now. Let me know how you get on.
