    Hello my friends,

First of all, I would like to thank you for this great plugin.

I installed it already on my website and as you can see it looks pretty good here (in green) on my cart page : https://ibb.co/qpbs0TN

Off course in order to see it you will have to add a product to the cart : https://theduvietnam.fr/the-vert-shan-tuyet-tay-con-linh-cueillette-imperiale

The only problem I got is that the plugin seems to be shown only for logged-in users unfortunately.

    Here is the result I got when I am logged-out : https://ibb.co/L5Sc977

As you can see on the previous screenshot with the red marks, the notice with the amount left to reach is’nt shown.

I already tried to clean and totally deactivate my cache plugin (WP Rocket) but I still got this issue.

Can you please help me with that?

    Thank you my friends.

PS : Please excuse my bad English. ??

    Hi,

First under the General options can you try and enable/disable the Check for alternative free shipping option.

Can you also try and enable the Clear notices option under General settings.

Also under the cart option can you try and change the Wrap Method.

It would be useful to clear your cache and disable the WP Rocket plugin while testing.

Thank you for all these informations.

Indeed, I tried to enable/disable the “Check for alternative free shipping” option and the “clear notices” option.

Then, I tried all the Wrap Method options available in the “cart option” tab.

I cleaned the cache and disable WP Rocket.

Unfortunately; I still get the same results.

Here is the chortcode I used :

    [alg_wc_left_to_free_shipping content=”Plus que %amount_left_for_free_shipping% d’achats et nous vous offrons la livraison !”]

This is really stange because even on a private navigation window we can see that the element is rigth here : https://ibb.co/584S8hF

    Hi,

Are you using the shortcode in the Cart tab of the plugin’s settings i.e. in the content section?

Instead of using the shortcode can you try use the following string

Plus que %amount_left_for_free_shipping% d’achats et nous vous offrons la livraison !

    Hello,

Thank you for your time and help my friends.

Actually, I am using the shortcode in the General tab (https://ibb.co/HNRqwnj) of your plugin as you can see here : https://ibb.co/pQt13rq

I tried the last string you gave me, but unfortunately it doesn’t work either as it doesn’t show the right number : https://ibb.co/TW4rLfS

I found something quite interesting by doing some tests in “private mode” with Chrome.

Actually the first code I used is working fine : [alg_wc_left_to_free_shipping content=”Plus que %amount_left_for_free_shipping% d’achats et nous vous offrons la livraison !”]

The only problem is that it’s appearing only when the user is writing his adresse on the check-out page (which totally make sense ^^).

I tried to enter my personnal adresse on the check-out page before refreshing and going back to the cart page and everything works fine as you can see here : https://ibb.co/6Bc3cSV

Perhaps there is an option in woocommerce in order to solve that or a little workaround?

Thanks for your help ! ??

    That’s ok my friends !

I just had to choose this option : https://ibb.co/VQfCQwP

It means “Customer’s default adresse : same as the shop”

And it worked like a charm !

Thank you for your time and help ! I will give you 5 stars.

    Awesome support by the way..
