    The plugin plays the anthem of Ukraine. Audio is implemented by a script /wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/assets/vue/js/chunk-vendors.min.js?ver=3.7.0

    For the first time, the problem occurred immediately after installation on the page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-mail-smtp-setup-wizard#/

    Thank you for sharing this with us.

    We have begun looking into the file in question and found that one of our Setup Wizard dependencies had included this code.

    We will look into this further to determine when and how this is triggered as this is the first time this has been brought to our attention.

    To keep you posted, we have confirmed the specific dependency that triggers the anthem playing and disabling website navigation here.

    This will only trigger for those specific domains after using our setup wizard.

    So to avoid this, please set up your mailer via the main settings page instead of the setup wizard on any website that is available in?“.ru,?.su, and?.рф?domain zones”.

    We will remove this behaviour in our next release after proper testing is performed.
