• Hi, im using Divi torque lite, the Plugin page looks completely empty. Im currently redesigning a website, but looks like any plugin that i use from Diviepic throws up an 403 forbidden error to the files, and the plugin page looks empty. I’m only using the Free plugins available for the Divi theme. Any solutions for this?

    Hello @charaninzo,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issues you’re experiencing with Divi Torque Lite.

To assist us in understanding the problem better, could you please provide more details on the following points:

    1. Could you clarify what you mean by “the Plugin page looks completely empty”? Please note that in Update 4.0.0, we integrated all our plugins into a single dashboard.
    2. What do you mean by “any plugin that I use from Diviepic throws up a 403 forbidden error to the files”? Which specific files are showing this error?
    3. After installing the plugin, are the plugins not showing on the plugin page?

Your detailed responses will help us diagnose and resolve the issue more effectively.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Asif Hossain

    Hi Asif,

    1. I can’t see the dashboard after installing the plugin. the plugin page looks empty

    2. The Dashboard.css file says its Forbidden. I checked permissions to the plugin and it was set correct

    3. After installing the plugin, while using it in Page builder, this is how the visual builder looks. However if i save the page the plugin seems to do whats it supposed to do, example: insert a Icon Box succesfully. But visibly while editing i was only able to see these codes.
