    The plugin only saves abandoned carts from the previous month. Is there a way to increase this time to the previous 6 months?
    I would like the plugin to store information from about 6 months prior to the current one. Currently it only saves information from abandoned carts from 1 month and that is not enough.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Our plugin saves abandoned cart data as long as a user has reached the checkout, filled in the fields, but didn’t complete the order. After that, recovery emails are sent to the user. If the order remains incomplete, it is marked as “Lost” after 30 days by default and moved to the Lost Orders list.

    Currently, there isn’t an option available to change the default 30-day time period. However, we appreciate your feedback, and I will pass this suggestion to our development team for consideration in future updates.
