the plugin not working in Arabic version

    Hello
    First thank you for this useful plugin , I am using it and it’s work corrwctly in the cart page , in my website I have an arabic version also , in the cart page I can upload the files and everything is OK but in the order there is no attachment ,
    in English version everything work fine
    can you help please
