The plugin no longer works on my site

  • Hi Brajesh,

    I’ve been using your plugin for a while and it worked great however I had a suspicion recently that people are being able to use the site without uploading photo as I see those members log in and log out but no photo is being added.
    I tested it today with one of my non-admin accounts and yes, it doesn’t seem to work. I have disabled most plugins, except Buddypress, PMPro and theme components.

    Can you please test it out on your end and make sure it all works with latest WordPress and Buddypress? Thank you.

    Hello Darunia,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please do let me know first your settings for “Restrict to profile only”. You can find this setting in backend under Settings > BuddyPress Profile Completion > Profile incomplete actions. If it is not enabled user can do other things.

    Hi @raviousprime . I confirmed and this box is checked. The user should be restricted to their own profile only. But is not unfortunately.

    Thank you for the acknowledgment. I have tested it on my local server with non-admin accounts and it is working for me fine. Can you please create a topic on BuddyDev Forum and share your temporary admin account credentials in a private reply so that I can check the configurations to help you.
