The plugin no longer opens the WhatsApp application

That’s right, Juan, we tested in both modes, desktop and mobile, and in both cases it opens the WhatsApp website and not the application as it did before the last update.

Hi @mairimweb, we use this links based on device type:

Mobile
https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=

Desktop:
https://web.whatsapp.com/send?phone=

But for proveer a solution for you, we add an extra filter, then you can force to use your preferer link:

add_filter(‘wayra_coc_whatsapp_link’, ‘wayra_coc_custom_whatsapp_link’);
function wayra_coc_custom_whatsapp_link( $link ) {
return ‘https://web.whatsapp.com/send?phone=’;
}

Where I need to add above code because website links are not woking properly it only shows blank web.whatsapp.com. Not redirecting properly to whatsapp.
