The Plugin lumps the categories together

    I am trying to import WooCommerce products with categories which are separated by comma but the plugin lumps the categories together instead of assigning multiple categories as expected. Is this a bug or is there a way to make it import properly?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    It sounds like the issue you’re facing is due to the separator used for categories in your file. In our plugin, categories has to be separated by a pipe symbol (|), not a comma. Could you please update your import file to use the pipe symbol for separating categories, and it should import them correctly.
