The plugin isn’t excluding me from tracking

    I just launched, and have set most roles to be excluded from tracking. However, it is still tracking me. Also, in free or premium, is there a way to exclude other IPs? I use pingdom on a occasion, and other tools and would like to be able to exclude them.

    Can you submit a support request at https://analytify.io/support/ with diagnostic logs from our plugin help tab?
    It will help us to know the plugin settings and locate the issue.

    * No way to exclude the IP’s from Analytify but you can do that from Google Analytics.
