    How did you resolve this? I have the same issue…stuck at 99%

    • Navigate to “Settings” section (1)
    • Select “Log” tab (2)
    • Press “Refresh” button to reload the shown logs (3)

    Please try to create a backup and then repeat the steps as mentioned above.
    This time you should see the log.

    I bought Pro hoping to have an easy backup. Had fits trying to configure ftp server and didn’t feel very comfortable with how reliable it would be with my limited skills. Didn’t really want to do Dropbox. Planned on just doing a local file and then downloading it to my computer, cd, and external…so I only had the local checked.

    I had the same problem as others in your support forum….only 99% backup and it stopped. I had free version first and I did deactivate and deleted it, but I forgot to clear my cache and thought that might be the problem. Deactivated and deleted the Pro Zip, cleared cache, and added Pro again. Didn’t help!

    Here’s what I found in the log:

    a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the

    unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of sns__2015.06.10__20_43_0ZDAZMHM.zip or
    sns__2015.06.10__20_43_0ZDAZMHM.zip.zip, and cannot find sns__2015.06.10__20_43_0ZDAZMHM.zip.ZIP, period.

    Please help!

    Dear user,
    Sorry for delay.
    What I can see from your that your hosting does not enabled ZipArchive library.
    Please contact to your hosting provider and ask to enable ZipArchive don’t worry this is common issue and easy to fix.

    PLEASE REFUND MY PURCHASE OF BACKUP GOLD : ($39.95)

    IT DOESN’T NOT WORK…MY HOST SERVER HAS BEEN UNABLE TO MAKE IT WORK. THIS HAS WASTED A FEW DAYS OVER 6 WEEKS OF MY BEING ABLE TO UPDATE MY WORDPRESS SITE TRYING TO BACK IT UP BEFORE UPDATING. I ALSO WENT AHEAD AND SET UP A DROPBOX ACCOUNT AND IT DIDN’T WORK USING THE DROPBOX EITHER. SENDING BY EMAIL MY HOST SERVER’S NOTICES OF THEIR INABILITY TO MAKE THIS WORK.

    Our plugin works with that library, which is almost always installed in all hostings which support WordPress, because WordPress itself uses that library for Zip compression. Anyway, we have refunded you and we are very sorry to see you go.

    I received your refund…thank you for your immediate attention to my request. Seems maybe I should have pressed them harder to keep trying to get it working. I submitted another ticket request. Should they get it working I will send you another payment for the plugin.
