  • Perhaps you should tell give a little more info about the errors? Maybe someone can help? I’ve been using the pro version for months with no issues!

    Gladly,
    i turned off all plugins except for WordPress and table rate shipping but i still get constantly:
    an “Action failed” error.

    After 2 weeks no reply from support.
    This is really, really bad.

    Did you check with your hosting provider to see if they can make the PHP changes at their end?

    Not had much contact with support, but when I did I got a reply within a few hours – even though the problem was my fault!

    I did.
    But my host told me. that i idid everything there is already.
    Firts contact with support was prompt and good.
    Then with no reason, John Currie stopped to talk to me.
    I wrote that i want my money back after 14 days no reacton from him.
    He just keeps ignoring me.
    Never had such a bad experience with a developer.
    This is really a ripoff.
