    this is the fift message Im writing to you. the standard plugin doesn’t work. it’s stoppig on the inizialization phase. Ive got a pro account but the issue is the same. can we get a support?

    Dear,

    after couple of emails, the system is still not working and here the answer we got:

    Hi Boris,

    Calls are $150USD per hour with the first hour payable up front.? First available time is next Tuesday July 25 around 10:00 am Melbourne time.

    There are two reasons for it being very slow to start at present – one is the server speed as mentioned.  Another is the large number of orders.  When Profitori is getting these from the server there is a long delay (and during that long delay you won’t see any server activity).  

    If you need further assistance, unfortunately this will need to be chargeable at the above-mentioned rate.

    if this is the answer for a plug-in where the standard version is not working, and to get a support answer they ask to get the pro version………

    And Sir, during the “not usage” of the standard platform, the pup-up is coming up, is claiming 9 months discount subscriptions…… but is not in that way.

    I think that the way your are working is not so legal, also because in my case you retain already the first month subscription knowing that we were and are still not bale even to start the plug in.
