The plugin is not updating

  • Hello Sir,
    The Zigaform plugin is not updating. I use Phlox Theme(https://phlox.pro) and it is an Elementor based Theme. This means that I must use Elementor to design my Pages and website.

    Unfortunately, the plugin is now creating and causing conflict with my Elementor Page builder. Elementor doesn’t load again, and the plugin asks me for update–which when I update and it shows that it’s updated and I navigate to another page, I get notice again to update.

    I have done 10 updates of the same Zigaform plugin, and these updates are never registered. The plugin is now acting like a malware on my system, and I felt like if I tell you guys–who are its creators, you may know what to do.

    Truth is that I love the plugin and it’s paining me that it’s from it that I’m now getting this kind of problem.

    Can you please, help me check it out?
