The plugin is not importing products

    Hello, today (20/10) Ali2Woo Lite and Pro Plugins stopped working.

    They are no longer importing products into the store. When I search directly from the plugin itself I get the message “no products found” in any category.

    And when importing the product through the link or product ID, it goes to the import list, but without any product information such as: Name, Description, Variations, and others

    I looked in Settings > System Information and in “Server ping” it has the message “ERROR” in red.

    This “Server ping” would be the plugin server or my hosting?

    Sorry for the delay in answer. AliExpress has changed their API significantly. In 10 days we will release a new update plugin that come with the fixes.
