The plugin is not displaying the tooltip on the site

In the admin everything works correctly (I create the image hotspot, I insert the pins and their content and I copy the shortcode for a certain page). When I access the page it displays the image and the pins but did not display the content, it loads into the html, but does not trigger the tooltip.
