Please check if categories of the menu have restricted access, if so the categories will be cut out of the tree if you enabled the hide completely setting for categories.

    Hi,

you have to set the option “Hide empty” to “No” at UAM > Settings > Taxonomies settings. Seems that the element calculation for woocommerce isn’t working properly. It would be nice if you could confirm it that fixes the issue. I will have a look why the counting isn’t working.

    Regards,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

Kimberly is out today. I am her coworker. We changed UAM > Settings > Taxonomies to Yes. That did not fix the issue. What should we do next?

    Thanks,

    Hi Damon,

it should be set to “No” instead of “Yes”. Sorry if I made that not clear.

    Hi Kimberly,

could you test again with set to no and clear the cache of the page. I have seen that the menu get cached sometimes.
