    Hi,

I have had the plugin installed and running for months now, After i activated jetpack my site became extremely slow. I deactivated all plugins and activated them one by one to get to the cause, Jetpack works fine with all other plugins but when cybersyn is activated at the same time with jetpack my site takes minutes to just load a post.

    Thanks

The plugin works via WordPress API and only. So there is nothing to be fixed for a jetpack compatibility. Perhaps the authors of that plugin will check their code and fix it if necessary.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply, I won’t even bother asking them to look in to it. Jetpack is a massive plugin with over 5 million active installations, I don’t think they will try to accommodate one plugin. I will just have to keep enabling your plugin when i need to have posts pulled.

Thank you very much for your precious time.

    regards,

Actually this is why I believe that only its authors can fix the issue – if it does really exist, because it can be something specific to your server configuration and other customers may never face it.

Jetpack is a very big project that does a lot of various things at the same time. Just like its authors wanted to take all existing plugins for WordPress and put them up together. Honestly I do consider Jetpack as an unnecessarily huge, resource intensive and absolutely useless burden. I’ve tried to find at least one real useful function for my personal needs and was unable to do so.

As about CyberSEO, so it’s a rather simple tool which is made to extract content from various sources and to import it as WordPress posts and pages. In short, most of the time it does nothing. It loads your system only when it pulls the scheduled feeds just like once a hour or once a day, according to your settings.

The only thing I could suggest is to use server cron instead of “auto” mode.

Exactly. As I mentioned above, the issue may be related to some particular server configuration only and 99% of other users will never notice it.

    Hi,

Thanks for your time, I will try to do what you suggested about server cron. About jetpack being useless, Well if you can suggest an alternative that offers unlimited daily site backup, Security and video hosting for $9, I will certainly choose it. Getting the features of jetpack individually, You’ll find yourself paying a lot of money. A bloated plugin is undesirable but it is easy on your pocket.

Thank you sir, I’m sure i’ll find a way to get your plugin to work with jetpack. Maybe i should just leave the two running and see if the problem persists.

    Kind regards,
