    Hello Pavel,

    We have started using the plugin and it is very good, great interface and good features and started loving it. Great work you and your team.

    I have some doubts or issues which I like to get clarified.

    1. The ATUM statistics show wrong data (Sales, products, Order), we really wanted to fix this issue.

    2. Out of stock (days) and lost sales are not showing for products which have been introduced after installing the plugin.

    3. Is there any way that the rows can be freezed so that we can see the headers when scroll in the stock central? or any ideas how to make the screen look like yours as shown in your tutorial videos.

    4. this is a feature request “if there is a way to sort products which is best selling” like woocommerce.

    Thank you very much for the post and the rating again.

    I will be very happy to answer all these for you. Please, add an info about the version of ATUM and WC, WP you are using?

    1. Would you tell me what is wrong with the calculations? Can you see differences?

    2. New products have no sales record so the calculation will not work for both. As soon as you add stock and it runs out, it will calculate. Same for sales.

    3. We have this on the list already. The solutions will be tested and we will see if it will be included. However, my best guess for ETA – later this year.

    4. Same as point 3.

    Sorry for replying late.

    Thanks for your timely support for the community.

    WooCommerce 3.3.4, WordPress 4.9.5, ATUM 1.4.1.2

    1. We see very big differences, like sales, products and orders numbers are approximately double than what is showing in woocommerce reports.

    2. Actually we have introduced the new products (some days after ATUM is activated in our store) and they sold out completely within hours and it’s been two days that the lost sales and out of sales days are not showing.

    Thank you very much for your explanation.

    Please, update to 1.4.2 as it contains few fixes and improvements.

    1. Please, understand that I can not help you on this forum with any technical issues. You need to open an official ticket so we can have a look.

    2. I am very sorry, but same as point one. You need to open a ticket for any technical issue. We have tested all our environments and it seems to be working just fine.

    We have had many posts deleted by admins so this forum is a no go.

    To your PS: our PL add-on is being worked on daily and we have spent weeks to make sure it is compatible with the new system of ATUM management plus fully compatible to WPML. Now we are working on a brand new upgrade that seems to be a handful and will take some time to complete.

    Hope you understand the above and I will hear from you in our support ticketing system.
