• I’ve been asking questions in your Ultimate Member Plugin Forum for days and haven’t been answered.

    I see that most of the questions that users make remain unanswered for days and days.

    It is a feeling of abandonment quite worrying by those who give support.

    Is this the way your support acts?

    I have paid (through the company) the membership of $249 and I am not receiving any help at all.

    If there is anything left over these days IT IS TIME, time to respond to the hundreds of users who like me have the feeling of abandonment.

    Hi Luis,

    Paid customer support ticket submissions have increased quite a bit in the last two weeks so we have not had much time to help out on the free support forum as we need to provide support to paying customers first.

    You say you are a paying customer. Can you tell me the name used to submit the support ticket so I can search our system to find your tickets. We respond to all support tickets submitted by paid customers so I will look into this.
