The plugin is broken in my WP Multisite

I purchased this plugin (3 licences) a few days ago.
I used one licence in a normal WP Site and it works nicely.

I used the second licence in a WP Multisite, but it does not work.
I keep on sending emails to the sellers -GhozyLab, Inc.- but they do not give any help.
