    After the last update, now I can’t back up my files. When I click on the backup button, it starts backing up the site 3 times concurrently, but none of them can proceed as another back up is already running. I noticed that it consumes a lot of ram, processor now. I dunno what have you fixed with the latest update, but now it’s completely useless. please fix it.

    Hi,

    Could you send us a copy of the last few backup log files? These can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site, via FTP or your hosts’ filemanager.

    The contents will be too long to post directly, but you can use an online service, such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    well I removed your plugin after trying multiple times. If I kept using it my hosting provider may warn me because your plugin uses a ton of resources. especially the ram nearly 1GB, and during the backing up process it consumes a lot of bandwidth too (I am talking about before sending the file to the google drive), then CPU usage is also high. This never happened, all started since the recent update I believe.

    can I email you the log file? I don’t want to post the log files in a public place because it may put my site in danger.
