Orders are not displayed or filtered in the WooCommerce orders tab.

The only way I found to display orders (only display, the filter does not work) is when I add all statuses (custom and default) in the Fulfillment tab and Show Action of the plugin.

    Here are some additional details:

    • I am using the latest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress.
    • I have tried deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and the plugin in question, but the issue still persists.
    • I have also tried switching to a default WordPress theme, but the issue still occurs.
    • I have checked the plugin’s documentation and searched for similar issues on the WordPress support forums, but I have not been able to find a solution.

I would appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I just took a quick test on my site, there’s no problem displaying the order: https://prnt.sc/uaiHAFwuNcZP

And the filter also works: https://prnt.sc/T4jaLxtbJz5d

    For this:

The only way I found to display orders (only display, the filter does not work) is when I add all statuses (custom and default) in the Fulfillment tab and Show Action of the plugin.

    >> Order with status selected in “Show action” will appear in our plugin “Ali Order” page. It should not affect the WooCommerce Orders admin dashboard at all.

Also, this is the premium feature, please open a support ticket on this Support Forum, as we’re not allowed to provide support for paid plugin here.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Look forward to resolving the issue for you as soon as possible.

    Best regards.

I just instaled the free to see if there is a problem. Same.

Click on “Mine” status of your image to see only the orders with status mine (imagine is a custom status).

    here wont work.

that version of php , wordpress, woocommerce are you using?
