The plugin hasn’t work fine!

  • Hi,
    I recently had installed the plugin for production purpose but found lots of email contents aren’t going!
    Mails got shoot but content arrives ‘1’. Pretty surprising!
    Then I started debugging the plugin code and found there are some serious issues in the code, in fact, no better synchronization!
    First I found the options get stored during installation are not being called properly.
    Ex. say you stored ‘welcome_email_template’ as option_name but try calling it as ‘welcome_emailtemplate’.
    And same makes your plugin really very unusable!
    Also, I didn’t find the folder structure correct!
    Normally in WP, we keep files at ‘admin’ folder those are relating to wp-admin only. But here, I had to search email triggering function inside admin folder.
    So, now it’s up to you!

    Just want to update you that we have released Email Subscribers 4.0.2 yesterday. It should fix this issue.

    Please upgrade to ES 4.0.2 and check once again and let us know how it goes!
