The plugin has stopped working (the browser freezes)

As of yesterday, the plugin simply stopped working. When the registration form is launched, the browser freezes (at the step when we need to choose an appointment). I tried it on other browsers and devices and the same thing happens. What I have seen from the server logs is that the problem is with the form, specifically /wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/v3/public/assets/stepForm.76c3263d.js.
