    Suddenly the plugin has stopped working and the bar is no longer visible. Could you help me? The plugin was working and I just realized that it doesn’t work anymore. The options are correct. It’s very strange.

    Hello,

    There could be several reasons why it has stopped working. Have you checked if the progress bar feature is enabled? Additionally, have you made any changes to the shipping or plugin settings? Did you modify the cart or checkout templates?

    I have noticed that you have another plugin for the progress bar. To ensure there are no conflicts, I recommend deactivating it.

    Hi!

    The plugin is active, all options active and it worked perfectly for a long time next to the other plugin which is just a top bar. I haven’t made any changes, that’s the weird thing. it just stopped working. Can you help me?

    Sure, I’ll assist you. To begin troubleshooting, I suggest that you conduct a quick test by setting a custom threshold in the General Settings. If the progress bar appears after this, it is likely that the problem lies in the process of calculating free shipping or shipping methods.

    However, if the progress bar still fails to show up, it could be an indication that something has been altered in the templates.

    It worked!! Thank you very much for responding so quickly. When changing the custom threshold option, I put in the same amount that we normally use and the bar appeared again! brilliant. I really appreciate your help. ??
