    TL;DR Just activate it again.

Every WordPress plugin has a so called “plugin file” containing some plugin meta data. In the 5.0 version of this plugin the plugin file has been renamed causing the WordPress to not being able to find the old one and deactivating the plugin. It doesn’t break anything. Once you activate the plugin again it will continue working.

  • Hi, I found the plugin disabled, I tried to reactivate it but it does not work anymore. I’m firm with my site.I contacted wp and they updated me the php version but did not fix it.After you reactivate it sends me a blank page, no methods. Can I retrieve my settings?

I cleaned the cache, updated the page, clicked the blue button, but it does not work

I have disabled all plugins and left only woocommerce and wbs, but I still do not work

@dangoodman I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    I solved this issue.
I have templates folder and plugin-name file in my plugin folder. When i upload and from that page i activate it pick the file from template folder and show error not a valid header.
then i added a folder includes and move template folder in it that fixed my issue.

I’m sorry, can’t follow you. In wp-content is a folder plugins and a folder themes. What do you put in which folder? Hope you have a bit of patience with me…
