the plugin generates thousands of transients in database each day

    In recent day I received notice from the hosting company that my databae size has exceeded 6GB and the write permission will be suspended. I found out that the plugin is generating thousands of transients in database everyday. Please see the database screenshot from here: https://ibb.co/nsZh57T

    The wordpress, woocommerce, themes and the plugin are up to date, and I didn’t make any change to the plugin seettings in the past several months. It seems the problem occurs in early this month.

    Can you please advise how I can get the it fixed? Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have changed the plugin>options>currency storage from [tranisent] to [php sessions], however, it still generates over 3 thousand tranients in database ‘”wp_option” table in the last 24 hours. And most importantly, after changing to [php sessions], you can change the currency at any webpage, however, if you navigate to any other webpage, the currency will get back to the default currency (USD).

    Here are some extra information I can provide:

    1. My website has around 200 daily visitors only, it is not normal that it can make database “wp_option” table extreme larger and larger by days.
    2. I purchased this plugin from Codecanyon 2 years ago, it never had such problem before, and as I said, I never changed any plugin setting in this year.
    3. I migrated my webiste from bluehost (Apache) to hostinger (lietspeed) in 25th April 2024. is it possible that the issue is related to server type change? For the past 4 months it is enough to generate massive transients and make the database storage from 500MB to 6GB.
