Hello, I had this plugin on another site and it worked perfectly, but now I can’t get it to work, I installed it and activated it, I logged in on facebook for the key and access and then doing no particular setup I try to save or apply and at this point I have to wait indefinitely for him to load. it does not move from loading and nothing can be done. I have the latest version of wordpress and I’m using the builder. I haven’t installed any particular plugins yet. how do i solve? without this plugin I’m with half the site down! Help !

Hi @rusconifrancesco,

Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
Uninstall the plugin by following the steps in this video.
Navigate to the Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD.
Reinstall and activate it.
Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

If the problem persists, then during the loading process please right-click > inspect element > console and send us a screenshot of that page.

The most probably you’ll have a javascript error.

HOW DO I SEND YOU A SCREENSHOT TO MAKE YOU SEE THE ERROR ??? I MUST SOLVE THE FIRST POSSIBLE OR MY SITE DOES NOT WORK! I ALSO HAVE TO BUY THE PRO VERSION OF THE PLUGIN BUT IF I GOT A HAND TO UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR PLUGIN DOES NOT LEAVE AND ERROR. THANK YOU!

Can you please make a screenshot and send the image with a google drive link?

Or you can capture with any tool that gives you file URL to share like Gyazo, or anything alike.

Kindly deactivate your plugins one by one in order to identify the plugin causing an issue especially if there is a security plugin among those plugins.

I try but i think the problem is in the divi theme because I haven’t a security plugin. I have active only the theme divi and the divi builder.
