The plugin doesn’t work properly

Hi,
Thank you so much for a relatively easy to set up plugin, but I’m having several issues though.
It doesn’t show the design I’ve chosen,
I want the icons to appear on the post page and not on the exact post.
Moreover, there’s a Twitter icon and I haven’t chosen Twitter
