The plugin doesn’t work – pro version

  • I can’t begin to explain my disappointment in the plugin and the plugin creators. I was unable to get the plugin to work as advertised and as such moved over to another plugin. Unfortunately the subscription went off again and they refused to give me a refund.

    I had heard a lot of chatter about this plugin, but this plugin is all tantamount to a scam.

    I have had been their Pro customer for about 60 days, and even basic issues remain unfixed. Simple errors from their side remain far from getting fixed. I demand refund (which I am elligble for based on their policies) but that is denied as well.

    I had a fairly simple issue with Preloader that took 45 days to get fixed, not acceptable for a paying customer I believe.

    For the last 8 days they have not been replying to my emails either. As a pro customer I expect a better customer service, but their service seem to be useless.

    Overall, my disappointment is immense. I would never recommend this plugin to anyone.

    I myself used this product but fortunately I had paid by paypal because they already refused to reimburse me something that paypal was kind enough to do since the service is not functional and if you look at the plugin “PWA for WP & AMP ” corresponds identically to the same including the prices so we ask ourselves questions!
