The plugin doesn’t work and support doesnt reply

I wanted to use the plugin as it was recommended by my hosting provider. However I was facing difficulties installing it (site got stuck) just like many other people (found on the web).

My problem was never resolved (not even when activating default theme and disabling all plugins) and the support of this plugin doesn’t respond. To the other people facing this issue they replied, but nobody said it would help. I tried their advice I found in other people’s tickets and it didn’t help.
