    DON’T EVER USE THIS PLUGIN, MY BITCOIN TRAPPED ON MY COINGATE ACCOUNT.

    I used this plugin for my site, the API was awesome and I got 0.005 BTC. Now I’m no longer be able to use the pulgin, coingate ask to verify my ID with tons of documents I don’t have. Also, the documents should written in english.

    DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLUGIN!!!

    Hello tokegameart,

    Thank you for letting us know about the issue. The problem could lie with “Order Status” configuration. Could you check if in your CoinGate module settings the “Paid” order status is set correctly?

    The issue that you are having is that “Paid” status is set as “Processing”.
