The Plugin doesn′t work

    I put the plugin into two different sites, but it doesn′t work. On every site I made an testing order, but no survey- opt in is shown, no code on the thank-you page is shown.

    Any ideas?

  • I’ve only been able to get the survey to show up in the Firefox browser. It fails to show up in every other browser. Any help from the developer would be greatly appreciated. Also, when the popup comes up. it says “Can Google email you (larry4599595@mayer.com) a one-minute survey after your order arrives? Learn more.” Not sure what all that gibberish is; I’m guessing it’s supposed to say your email but instead acquired some gibberish code, meaning that google will most likely not email you with the survey.

    @wookramp and @wooq123, thanks for letting me know of these issues. I developed it and tested it primarily using Google Chrome, so there shouldn’t be any Firefox-only compatibility issues. It might be something else.

    I’ve already asked @wooq123, but @wookramp, can you please send me the order-received URL of your test where the survey opt-in wasn’t showing up? I want to get any issues fixed right away for you.

    @kramupfel, I see the survey opt-in popup showing fine on that page. Try in incognito to make sure you don’t have any browser plugins causing issues with it.
