the plugin doesn’t updated out of stock products

  • I use the plugin but I have a problem that out of stock products doesn’t updated and still in stock on my store and this make customers buy it.

    please let me know if you have any solution for my problem.

    Hello @nasey,

    Starting from plugin v1.7.10, Any order with out of stock products will be blocked on the customer’s side and they will be notified of the product stock situation.
    As for the products they are updated once per hour given that there is traffic on your web store.

    Allow auto-updates on your plugin to always receive the latest updates and bug fixes.

    Please let me know if after updating, the issue is resolved.
