The plugin doesn’t update the reviews

    I love the plugin and the display on my clients sites,
    but the reviews are not updating no matter how many times I try to do it manually.

    Please give me a solution

    Hi Apergis Antonis,

    Please send us the troubleshooting text. You can find it under the Advanced tab: go to Troubleshooting -> click Copy to Clipboard, then paste it into pastebin.com and send us the link.

    The Download button becomes available every 10 days, meaning you can refresh the reviews every 10 days. When it’s ready, the button will turn green. Have you tried refreshing it when the button was green?

    Please note that he Pro version includes automatic daily updates.
