    Hello,

    Since few weeks, I no longer receive any authentification email. I have to disable the plugin with my FTP to acces to my website.

    I already disable all my plugin and it doens’t solve the problem.

    If someone can help me please.

    Did you try re-sending the codes? Are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    You could try requesting new password for your account to verify that the email delivery works as expected.

    Yes I tried to re-send the codes and I have the latest version of the plugin.

    Also I’m using Firefox as browser, I don’t know if this can be a problem…

    I don’t know how to resquest a new password, I set the double authentication with email, but it didn’t ask me for a password after that.

    Are you sure your hosting didn’t block any outgoing emails, or are emails delivered to spam? the email delivery process is not dependant only on WP, but hosting mail system too.

    Sorry, I didn’t inform you that the problem is fixed.

    I re-send the code few days ago and this time it worked… I don’t know why.
