    Hi,

    I’ve done the following things:
    1. Updated all the plugins & WP to latest version. Created a MC account, a test list with two persons, custom fields, out of which only FName, LName & Email are mandatory. Created API Key, added to “MailChimp for WP” plugin. I am able to select from the dropdown of lists a list I created, so I think the integration works fine.
    2. Created 3 different forms, added for each action “MailChimp” from “Emails & Actions” tab, also added “MailChimp opt-in” field, but also tried without it.
    3. Deactivated / reactivated “NinjaForms” plugin and “MailChimp for WP” plugin.
    4. I can see:
    – API Key + Connected in Green;
    – NF Plugin working fine (forms are sent, I receive the emails);
    – Here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailchimp-for-wp-integrations “Ninja Forms” is detected as a “Enabled integrations”

Despite all these, I get this message:
    “Ninja Forms integration
Subscribe visitors from your Ninja Forms forms.
To integrate with Ninja Forms, add the “MailChimp” action to one of your Ninja Forms forms.”
I tried waiting for 30 minutes, refreshing, refreshing the list of subscribers.
I tried putting the plugin on another web site.
I tried reading the standard documentation, and a few of the questions on the form.
It still doesn’t “see” the integration.

You can see the form “live” here: https://bit.ly/2BDjXp4 (the MC field is: Receive email / SMS reminders for trial class)

Could you give me some hints on what I do wrong?

    Thanks!

PS: I will only read your message at the beginning of January, so please enjoy your holidays! ??

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please note that we do not show any further details in the “Ninja Forms” integration menu in the “MailChimp for WP > Integrations” section. The integration is taken care of directly from the Ninja forms.

When testing did the user get subscribed to the newsletter?

Hi, I understand. Thanks for clearing it out. No, the user didn’t get subscribed to the newsletter after clicking on the link.

    Hello,

If you have any add-ons for Ninja forms, then can you please disable them and test again? Also, can you please share a screenshot of the Ninja form MailChimp settings?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, I’ll respond within next week, likely.

    Hi Developers

I just saw this post – I have exactly the same issue.

Posted yesterday with a similar topic.

My Ninja form is a Contact Us form.

Are you sure your plugin integrates with it? I understand that they offer Mailchimp integration for a fee so they may have disabled any free integrations via third party plugins.

    Hello @magicpowers,

We have not disabled any integrations. It’s still working and I just tested it. I am closing this topic and I would suggest replying to the earlier topic you created to which I just replied.

    Hi, Harish,

    Happy New Year!

Thank you very much for your help so far.

I have solved the problem, based on your question:
“When testing did the user get subscribed to the newsletter? ”

I realised, when you asked, that the fact there is something wrong with the signup process. I’ve created a new list and managed to add new persons to the list, altough, initially, this didn’t work.

I then tried to make the original list work, but couldn’t do it.

I then created a new MailChimp account, a new list, and it worked great.

    I have just an observation:
    1. I have set in NinjaForms to have the date set as DD/MM/YYYY.
    2. I have set the MailChimp default settings (account settings) to DD/MM/YYYY.
    3. I have set the MailChimp field list settings (settings in the field) to DD/MM/YYYY.
I have then added two fields, one as plain-text, another one as MM/DD/YYYY, just to test things.
With the situation described above, when I add 10-02-2019 (10-February-2019), MailChimp sees this as 2nd of October 2019. What’s even more amazing is that it doesn’t even matter if the field is m/d or d/m (see the three fields created above). What I finally did is set the NinjaForms date as MM/DD/YYYY, even if it isn’t so.
It works now, although I think it’s a bit strange.
I wrote you about this not for a solution, but so you know about it.

    Your questions:
“If you have any add-ons for Ninja forms, then can you please disable them and test again?”
    No add-ons.

“Also, can you please share a screenshot of the Ninja form MailChimp settings?”
    See above, please.

Thank you for the plugin and your help!
