The plugin doesn't minify combined JS files

  • First, I would like to thank you for this wonderful plugin!

    I have some issues with it though.
    I am using the Minify Auto setting, which apparently makes the plugin combine the enqueued JS files and minify them, but in fact it only combines them. If the file is separate (not combined), it minifies it properly.

    It is not an option for me to use the Minify Manual setting because I have many theme JS files and lots of JS files coming from plugins.

    Do you have any ideas what might be causing this? Seems like a bug to me.
