The plugin does not work on my site

  • Hello there
    I have just installed the plugin, but it does not work. I tried through widgets, it also dos not work, when I activate it on sidebar are it shows me title only, nothing else.

    Also, I tried to use the shortcode with default settings in a specific page and it did nothing, absolutely zero changes.

    Please, help me to resolve this issue.

    P.S.please, take into account that I am not a developer.
