• Unfortunately the plugin does not work for one of my websites.

    Due to this the website has no backups for 1 week. I asked the support for help and for week I did not receive any working solution of the problem. I received general suggestions and also I received a fix that I need to install, but this does not solve the problem. The support answers very slow.

    Hi,

    I have found your ticket and it looks like my colleague was assisting you.

    We asked you to create a mu-plugins folder in wp-content and add some code. From the ticket I was unclear as to whether you managed to crate the mu-plugins directory?

    Yes, I managed to create the the file and place it mu-plugins folder. The I tried again but this did not solve the problem.
