I have regular and subscription products in my assortment. In the plug, I have settings for free delivery from PLN 200 for Inpost lockers and Courier. Free delivery is included with regular products, however, with subscription-based products, the price of the cart is not taken into account.

(Subscription fees are calculated from the 1st of the following month)

    Please help in this matter.

    Hi @pfikarast,
Before I could help I would need some additional information.

Can You please advise what version of the Flexible Shipping plugin you are using?

Which plugin You are using for subscription plans?

Can You please send me screenshots of the Flexible Shipping method configuration window where I could see the Free Shipping Section up to the Advanced Options and Shipping Cost Calculation Rules table? I would need these screenshots for both “Inpost lockers” and “Courier” shipping methods.

    Kind regards,

    It is version 4.13.3

I use WooCommerce Subscriptions (7.6.0) for subscription plans.

In the rules for calculating shipping costs, I temporarily created a free shipping rule when the cart value is $ 0.

    Hi @pfikarast,
    Thanks for the additional information.

If you are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin by WooCommerce then the latest version of it is 4.5.0. You can check it in the Plugin > Installed Plugins tab in the plugin’s description section.

If your subscription fees are calculated from the 1st of the following month, I’m assuming that You used the “Free trial – 1-month” option in the Edit Product window while creating subscription products.

In that case, the initial price of that kind of product is 0, therefore it is not taken into account when calculating the minimum order amount for free delivery.

You will get the same results with a default WooCommerce Free Shipping method. The WooCommerce Free Shipping method with a minimum order amount set to e.g. 200 won’t be triggered by the subscription products with a 1-month free trial.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind regards,

Since there are no further inquiries concerning this case I’m marking this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards,
