    I installed the plugin normally, insert 30 products on my website (webshop) I installed the plugin to connect my site with facebook I created everything runs pixel and so on. 1 month to go I can’t tune in any more products in my catalog, I’ve done several pixels and nothing works, I even deleted all the products in my store and started registering everything again and even so it didn’t do it, I ask for help because it doesn’t I can work

    Hmm, it sounds like you are having trouble syncing any new products from your store to Facebook. Just to clarify, are the 30 products still showing in Facebook after you deleted them from your store?

    Also, do you remember making any changes to the site about a month ago, such as adding a new plugin or changing your theme? The reason I am asking that is to try and track down what might have caused the plugin to suddenly stop working.

    Finally, I noticed you said you “started registering everything again”. Can you please confirm if you have tried reconnecting the plugin to your shop’s Facebook page?
