    Good morning,

I am noticing that I am getting several different errors, so I have already sent several emails.

I have uninstalled everything, purged the cache and reinstalled the free version, just as I started from the beginning. But still the plugin does not detect me as an administrator but as a student. So it doesn’t let me modify certain things and my LMS tutor profile is student and not administrator.

What could have happened, how can I solve it.

It is the third email I send and I keep finding errors. I understand that this may be the main error that causes me problems with the other issues that I have already sent.

I can NOT use the platform correctly and I have to delete all my courses and pause my virtual classroom.

I remain attentive to your comments

    Regards

    Facundo

  • Hello @facundomanzi,

Thank you for contacting Themeum support.

Tutor LMS won’t recognize you as admin if you register with your LMS platform using student registration form. if you are logged in as admin then Tutor LMS will certainly identify you as an admin.

Based on your statement if the plugin didn’t assign you admin capabilities then you wouldn’t be able to create, publish, edit or delete your courses. Let us know if you are unable to access any specific page or if you see any error, notice or warning when trying to access any specific Tutor LMS page so that we can suggest solutions.

    Hello @munayam?

Thank you very much for your prompt reply and sorry for taking so long with mine, I didn’t receive the notification email.

When I installed the plugin, I was already logged in as an administrator but when I log in to my Tutor LMS profile I can’t see the instructor options, I can’t create a course from the dashboard but I can create from the backend of the site.

Could it be that my settings are wrong?

    Again thank you very much

    Best

    Hello @facundomanzi,

If you are not using Tutor LMS pro plugin then you won’t have access to frontend course builder but you will be able to create, edit and publish courses using backend course builder. To view instructors list page you need to enable “marketplace” from Tutor settings > general.

    Hello Munayam,

I have already activated the “marketplace” from Tutor settings > general.

But nothing has happened, nothing has changed, I still don’t see the instructor listing page.

I look forward to your comments.

    Regards

    Hello @facundomanzi,

Enabling marketplace won’t allow access to frontend course builder which is a pro plugin feature. Marketplace helps admin to view the list of approved instructors. You can write to support at themeum dot com if you would like us take a closer look at your issue. Thanks

Thank you very much for your help. Yes, I am talking to them about other more complex issues that are not working. But a day’s wait is too long for my work. Thank you very much again

    Hello @facundomanzi,

What I meant is 24 hours is the max we sometimes take to respond depending on the influx of tickets but majority of the time we reply as soon as the ticket is received at our end.

Let me clear a confusion is that when you enable marketplace it enables instructor’s list page in WP admin backend and not in Tutor frontend dashboard. Instructor’s list page allows admin to approve/disapprove instructor’s application. Until a user is approved as instructor he/she won’t have access to frontend course builder.
