What WordPress version do you have? Have you tried disabling other plugins and trying to activate WP Power Stats?

So problem with headers was duplicate read me text files… just had to delete one or both of them to stop the error

I can confirm that the duplicate header problem in WP 4.0 is due to the duplicate readme.txt files. Delete the one in the trunk and the plugin will activate.

    Should be fine now.

I’ve been using wp power stats and I love it. When it updated to 2.0 it stopped working correctly. I re-installed it and now I get this message:
The plugin does not have a valid header.
How can I correct this? Thanks, Dennis

I responded in your other thread.
