    Which header or What kind of header do you mean?
    And where is illegal?
    Do have an trouble at the moment when you activate on the plugin dashboard?

    Here is my guess on verion 1.1.0

    After you install this plugin, you post any comments as a guest, then you will get 403 forbidden response header.

    This is because the default country code in white list is JP.
    It should be set as an admin’s country code.

    I will fix this issue in the next version.
