The plugin does not have a valid header

When I tried to activate this plugin, WP refused with the error message “The plugin does not have a valid header”.

So I changed the format of the header in edit_flow.php from

<?php
/*
   Plugin Name: Edit Flow
   ...
*/

to

<?php
/**
 * Plugin Name: Edit Flow
 *  ...
*/

Now it is possible to activate it.
