The plugin does't create a tag meta name="keywords"

It was by design. There is an option to add it in if you really want it under the Settings for WordPress SEO

Yes. It was interesting. But how about other search machines ? E.g. Yandex. It’s very popular search system in Russia.

I believe it is just on the main WordPress SEO settings page. the General tab, it’s a checkbox.
